Mike Hoelscher grew up in Rosebud, Texas. Upon graduation from Rosebud High School, Mike attended Baylor University majoring in history. He graduated from Baylor University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree.


Mike has been board certified in civil trial law since 1988 and has handled a variety of litigation, including business contract litigation, real estate contract and title litigation, will contests, and injury cases. In addition, he has maintained a wills and estate practice while handling general business and real estate matters. Mike is also an officer and shareholder in University Title Company of College Station, Texas. Mike is a former president of the Brazos County Bar Association and is presently a member of the local chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Mike is married and is the father of two children. He has served as Board President and as a board member of numerous area civic and charitable organizations in Brazos County.


Mike is working less these days than he used to, so that he can enjoy more time with his hobbies and his grandchildren. He still shows up for work on a regular basis, though, and he is happy to hear from his clients.
